Winter Carnival

Last Friday 18th June, the students from Years 4, 5 and 6 participated in the Interschool Winter Carnival at HBF Arena. All students represented our school respectfully and responsibly, showing the community what wonderful sports people we are. At the end of the carnival Joondalup Primary had participated in three grand finals and won two events- Rugby and Netball B. We are proud of all their achievements. Thank you to Mr Lee for organising our teams and to all the teachers who trained them.

Staffing

We would like to thank and say farewell to Mrs Michelle Schoch, who has won a merit selected position at Alkimos Beach Primary School. She has worked at Joondalup Primary for several years and we appreciate all her hard work and effort. We wish her all the best in her new school.

From Term Three we welcome these staff into classrooms:

Mrs Cobbledick who will be working in Room 8, every Friday.

Mrs Cobbledick will also be working in Room 18, every Thursday.

Mr Tansey who will be working in Room 5, every Tuesday.

We hope they enjoy working in our school.

Cleaners

As WA transitions into Phase 5 of the Covid-19 roadmap we would like to thank the cleaning crew who have worked with us since Term 1 2020. Camilla, Christel, Jiranan and Sharon thank you for keeping our school safe during these challenging times. We wish you best of luck in your future endeavours.

School Development Day

Don’t forget Monday 19th July is a student free day. Please do not send your child to school as the staff are all engaging in School Development Learning.
