Art with Mrs Sweet
Boabs
The students in Room 15 returned from their excursion to Kings Park very excited about the things they saw including the big boab tree. So we created these great boabs using felt pen and pastels.

Curious Creatures
Celebrating Childrens Book Week is always fun. In Visual Arts we read the story, "Where the Wild Things Are", by Maurice Sendak. After viewing the illustrations, the students created a curious creature. The creature was drawn in felt pen and coloured with water colour pencils.

One Point Perspective
Following the Faction Athletics Carnival the students in Year 5 worked with one point perspective to record the event as a piece of art.

Coloured Shapes
The students in Years 3 and 4 worked with the elements of line and colour to create bright artworks. They crumpled the page, traced over the lines created in black felt pen, coloured the shapes in coloured felt pen and then painted oil over top.
