Mindful May
With things slowly returning to a new normal around the world, most students are back at school. I encourage you to take some mindful minutes to have a think about your own well-being and self-care. It is so important for you to look after yourself well so you can look after others. So sit back and have a think “Am I looking after myself?” “Am I consciously doing things that make me happy?” What simple changes can you make to your life to feel like you are thriving, not just surviving? I have attached a self-care wheel or and some ideas on what they can do to make some simple changes.
