Sustainability News
This will be the final sustainability news for 2019. I take this time to thank all P&C, staff, parents, grandparents and students for the ongoing support of our journey in sustainability.
Highlights of the year.
- Another worm farm came into action as we endeavour to recycle most of our organic food scraps and move further along in our sustainability journey.
- Winning 3rd place for our produce at the Perth Royal Show
- The Moordijt Kadadjiny Club joining in our garden club and learning the many wondrous uses of Aboriginal Bush Tucker and native plants.
- Our many cooking activities.
- Our Woolworths Discovery Garden. This has been planted out into a lovely garden bed.
- Our Recycling Programs, which have diverted thousands of items from landfill.

Please continue to bring in:
- Batteries
- Mobile phones and accessories
- Dental hygiene packaging including toothbrushes
- Coffee pods (make sure they are DRY)
- Ring pulls from cans of drink
- Our Grow Free Cart that is set up near the office and continues to be a point to share vegetable produce and related products with others.
