As part of Room 7’s Zones of Regulation program, the children have created Caution signs. The signs show what makes them feel a certain way. The ‘yellow’ feelings are annoyed, nervous, jealousy, excited, silly, confused, worried, frustrated and embarrassed.

The next thing to learn is how to manage these emotions.
